Letting Only Service

Letting only service provides a quick and fast way of us finding you a good tenants. We will market your property thoroughly to include news paper adverts and an array of websites adverts. We will advise all relevant relocation agents and negotiate on your behalf to obtain the best possible rent and terms. Once a tenant is found we will fully reference the tenant and upon satisfactory refereneces draw up your contract. We will arrange for signature of the contract as soon as possible and collect the first months rent and deposit equivalent to a minimum of six weeks rent. The deposit now has to be held by your letting agent or in an approved bonded account, we will normally hold the deposit for you at no extra charge.

Management Service

A management service is all of the above and more. After a tenant is found, signed the agreement and paid the first months rent & deposit, we will book an inventory and check in. Our independent inventory clerks will create a full detailed report of everything in your home, whether furnished or unfurnished. This is a vital document to have as it is enables you to claim from the deposit, any appropriate damages. Gas safety certificates, electrical tests (if required) will also be booked.

If you use one of our qualified tradesmen you can be assured that your property maintenance work is carried out to the highest standard. We only use properly accredited tradesmen, such as registered Corgi plumbers or NICEIC qualified electricians.

Can I use AllLets Management Services without letting my own property through AllLets?

Yes, you can just use AllLets Property Management service, even if your home is not rented through us.
